Complete renovation of a building in Arnhem
• Project approach from the ground up:
We took the project from the ground up and carried out all work as an integrated whole.
• Demolition and removal:
We started by removing/demolishing everything the previous owner had left behind.
• Repair of the load-bearing structure:
Repair and/or replacement of rotten and incorrectly installed structural beams.
• Design and reconfiguration:
After consultation with the client and the designer, we redefined the spaces and rebuilt the building from scratch.
